How to run multiple Google Slides presentations on multiple screens

Google Slides offers an excellent alternative to Microsoft PowerPoint for digital signage implementations. 

It’s easy to build presentations online, publish your slides online, copy the URL and paste it in Monitors AnyWhere.

In this article, we will guide you on how to run different Google Slides presentations on different monitors from one computer, in full-screen mode, in any resolution and orientation settings.

You can run the same presentation on all screens or a different presentation on each screen.



1.  Create your Google account

In order to use Google Slides, you will need a Google account.

If you already have a Google account, skip to step 2. 

To create a Google account, navigate to:

And click on “Create account” 

After creating the new account, log in with your credentials. 


2.  Upload your presentation(s) and convert to Google Slides

Open your Google drive, by navigating to:

3 Options are available:

a. Start a new presentation.

b. Use a Template from the gallery.

c. Upload a presentation from your PC (you can upload a PPT/PPTX/PPS files).

In this guide, we will show how to upload a presentation which was created with Microsoft PowerPoint.

From Drive, Click  + New > Select ‘File upload’ 

Browse to your file, and click Open

Once the file is uploaded, right click it and select:

Open with > Google Slides


3.  Publish your presentation(s)

Once the file is loaded, you can start playing it on your screens.

Go to: File > Publish to the web

– select the time between slides.

– Tick the ‘Start slideshow as soon as the player loads’ option.

– Tick the ‘Restart the slideshow after the last slide’ option.

Click Publish > OK and copy the link created.


Start running Google Slides presentations on your TV screens

Open Monitors Anywhere Connect Console, select the display that you want to use by clicking once on its thumbnail or from the list of monitors.

Press on the New button from the list at the bottom.

The first field (Application field) is used to select the application you wish to open.

Please select Internet Explorer from the dropdown list.

On the second field paste the Link of your published presentation.

Tick the “Open in full screen” option.

Finally, press on the Save and Send button.

Repeat all steps above for each display screen.
